Hi, I’m Kristin
I am a coach and consultant for healing arts practitioners, coaches, artists, and soulful entrepreneurs, particularly if you are sensitive, introverted, or spiritually-oriented. I can help you get over the “ick” factor when it comes to marketing your business and connecting with your ideal clients. I work with you on establishing alignment at every level (spiritual, mental, emotional, energetic, and physical) so you can connect with your people from a deeply connected, clear, and confident place. I love looking for the blocks at all levels that get in the way and helping you remove them one at a time.
One of my specialties is that I am a natural translator–among mind, body and business. After having spent years in the business world, managing multi-million dollar projects for Fortune 100 companies and earning two masters degrees in business, I “get” business. I speak the language, and I can tell you what you need to know in practical and palatable terms. And as a healer and yoga instructor myself, I also speak “woo woo” and can help you translate your vision and message into clear terms that attract your ideal clients.
I believe that you have amazing gifts to share with the world and you have the right to live abundantly while doing so. I think that working on your business is a spiritual endeavor that requires deep practice to align your unique gifts, your vision of service and your ability to take inspired action. Most of all, it requires letting go of layers of old habits and stories so you can get and stay connected with your intrinsic worth.
What helps me most of all in my work with clients is my own journey of learning to “own” my gifts and worth and to overcome my inner conflict between longing to be seen and, at the same time, wanting to hide under a rock. Despite my knowledge and experience in business, I struggled for years to set up my own practice, and I can deeply relate to the “ick” factor. In fact, let’s just get real here: I used to hate business, and I thought I had to be someone I wasn’t to be successful and make money. I have done a great deal of inner work to heal my relationship with business and overcome my own fears of “getting out there.” My business has finally started to flow, and now I can teach you the strategies that have worked for me in spite of myself.

- I am fascinated by the mind/body connection. I believe that connecting with the body in the present moment provides a direct line of communication to the soul.
- Yoga and meditation are my anchors.
- My family is my rock. My husband and daughters inspire me to be a better person; my sister is my best friend.

Official Bio
Kristin brings a wealth of wisdom to the coaching relationship based on years helping companies and individuals navigate change. She is certified in life coaching by Martha Beck, best-selling author of “Find Your Own North Star” and monthly columnist for O, The Oprah Magazine. She has also earned coaching certifications from the Life Coach School, New Ventures West and The Life Purpose Institute. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and coordinates marketing for ShivaShakti Synthesis.
Kristin has provided career coaching for BPI Group and has helped hundreds of former employees of companies like DHL and Jones Lang LaSalle navigate career transitions by enhancing their job search toolkit (resumes, interview skills, etc.). As an organizational development consultant at CME Group (formerly the Chicago Board of Trade), she successfully implemented numerous change projects, including performance management and various company-wide training programs. She was a “Big 5” management consultant at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young), where she managed multi-million dollar projects to improve the customer experience at clients such as Walt Disney World, Sears and Merck-Medco.
Kristin holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
