As a coach, I am your guide as you walk down the path of creating prosperous, fulfilling and soul-satisfying work. I can see your brilliance clearly when you can’t. I hold space for you as you recognize and share your beautiful gifts and translate them into authentic offers of service. I help you overcome your fear of “getting out there” so you feel confident and worthy of your value.
I am skilled at noticing the mental toxins that get in the way of what you want–the thoughts, feelings, energy and tension that keep you from fully expressing yourself and reaching the people you are meant to serve. And what’s best is that this work is NOT all about dry, boring business stuff–instead, we look at your professional life from a holistic perspective and get connected–mind, body and business.
My style is warm, personal and down-to-earth. I create an extremely safe and non-judgmental space to explore whatever comes up, from day-to-day distractions to deeply held patterns that hold you back. Perhaps most importantly, I make sure we have lots of fun in the process (what would be the point if we didn’t?).

Coaching Options
I provide one-on-one coaching over the phone or Skype all over the world. Here are a few coaching options to meet a variety of styles and budgets.
Clarity Re-Boot
This option provides on-the-spot coaching for any issue you have around your business or personal life. It’s great when you:
- Are blocked or stuck and need some assistance getting things flowing again
- Need clarity around a big decision
- Are nervous for an upcoming interview or presentation
- Want a sounding board or a different perspective on an issue
- Would like to brainstorm possibilities and/or come up with a plan of action
Investment: 60 minutes – $125
Emotional Support Partnership
As a healer, do you often focus on healing your body and connecting with spirit but neglect the mental hygiene and emotional processing that keeps you at your best? Perhaps have been dwelling in uncomfortable emotions and want to process through them without going back to therapy. Or, maybe your monkey mind keeps distracting you from accomplishing your mission. In this program, you will learn techniques and tools to enhance your emotional awareness, to release suppressed emotions, to investigate and challenge the stories your mind tells you, and to let go of habits that no longer serve you.
Program includes:
- Two coaching calls per month
- Email support between sessions
- Tools and techniques to support your mental and emotional process
Share Your Gifts 1:1 Coaching Package
If you want to get “out there” and share your gifts in a more direct, authentic way, this program is for you. In this process, we uncover your gifts–that sweet spot between what you love and what you are ridiculously good at. Then you will select a manageable way to bring your gifts into the world, such as a workshop, training program, teleclass or product. I support you as you design the project, set up the logistics and infrastructure, create the content, market the program and launch it in a powerful and confident way.
Program Includes:
- Nine individual coaching sessions over three months
- Email support between sessions
- Personalized workbooks, exercises and tools to support bringing out the best in you

Business Support Partnership
Individual coaching provides highly customized, personalized support dedicated to helping you succeed. It is ideal if you have been trying to make your business work for months–or even years–and you’re, frankly, just SICK OF IT. You’re sick of this gut-wrenching feeling that you’re not reaching your potential. You’re sick of being intimidated by business–wondering if it’s really as hard as you’ve made it out to be in your head. You’re sick of feeling that distinct longing to “get out there,” and yet you still avoid taking action because it feels too scary and overwhelming.
This is a great option if you’re new in business and want support as you “set up shop,” so to speak. We will work on healing all the “stuff” that comes up around money, value, contribution and worth as you build the infrastructure of your practice and start offering your authentic gifts to the people you are meant to serve. This option is invoiced monthly, but I recommend signing up for at least three months in order to gain momentum and really start to make some progress.
Partnership includes:
- Three 60-minute individual coaching sessions per month
- Customized exercises, meditations, and practices to help you remove mental toxins and get connected to yourself, your authentic gifts and your ideal clients
- Email support between sessions
